Driving from the city centre on the A65, find Outwood Lane on your right, about 4.5 miles out.
Alternatively, approaching via the Leeds outer Ring Road, the A6120, at the A65 junction (a roundabout), turn in towards the city centre. Find Outwood Lane on your left, about three-quarters of a mile along.
You will find Outwood House about half a mile along Outwood Lane, on the left-hand side of the road, at the end of a high stone wall. The name of the house is printed in white on green on the gateposts. Look out for a mirror opposite the entrance for traffic pulling out of the drive of Outwood House.
Please park further along the road, well away from the entrance to the house.
By bus, take the number 97 or 50 to Horsforth, and ask for "The Bridge" pub on Low Lane. When you get off the bus, you will find Outwood Lane a few steps ahead and to the left. Outwood House is about a quarter of a mile along on the right-hand side. The name of the house is printed in white on green on the gateposts.
